A Scottsdale patio is used most from October to May and has to cope with full sun the rest of the year. We look at shade, at how hot the finish will feel under bare feet and at where storm water will run. Plain patio slabs inside your lot need city planning approval but no building permit.

Concrete Patios Scottsdale
Not all property owners will consider having a patio in their houses. We think that more people should take this into consideration. This is because it can make a lot of difference in your daily life. A patio can be a place for relaxation, and it can also be a venue for fun activities. To make your experience better, be sure that your patio will be made with concrete and that its construction will be handled by one of the highly reliable Scottsdale concrete contractors.
The general purpose of a patio is for you to have more space that you use for your activities. The activities that can be done here will depend on the specific features of the patio that you are going to have constructed. You can request from us a patio that has no specific features and just is plainly paved. This can serve as a space where you can place furniture which will make the area suitable for dining, entertainment, or simply lounging. If you want something extra, consider having pools or hot tubs built into them.
We are a Scottsdale-based concrete company who can help you with this. For more information, call us at (480) 771-7722.
